The Training and Education Committee meets to establish the needs and strategy of the fire sprinkler industry for continuing education, career pathways, and workforce development. The committee makeup has members and liaisons from the Fire Sprinkler Institute, Manufacturers Council, Suppliers and Manufacturers (SAM) council, the Engineering and Standards (E&S) committee, the Future Leaders (FLC) committee, and the ITM committee as well as other member interested parties.
